Project Overview

Provisix City was a premium residential apartment website designed and developed in 2005 by Isura Wickramarachchi to promote a luxury condominium project located in Wellawatte, Colombo. The project featured 31 luxury apartments, targeting both local homebuyers and overseas investors seeking modern urban living in one of Colombo's rapidly developing residential areas. Promotional materials for the project describe a 31-unit luxury apartment development in Wellawatte with modern facilities and investment-focused features.

The website was created as a professional online marketing platform, allowing prospective buyers to explore the development through architectural information, apartment layouts, downloadable brochures, pricing details, and contact information. At a time when property websites were still relatively uncommon in Sri Lanka, Provisix City introduced a modern and visually distinctive online presentation for a real estate development.

Design & Structure

The website featured a clean, contemporary interface that reflected the premium nature of the apartment project. Rather than using standard web templates, every graphical element was individually designed to create a distinctive identity that matched the branding of the development.

A large photographic banner showcasing the apartment building dominated the homepage, while soft blue, grey, and gold colour combinations created an elegant and professional appearance. Circular graphic elements, integrated photography, and balanced spacing gave the website a modern architectural style that was uncommon for real estate websites of the mid-2000s.
