Emerging Technology (Pvt) Ltd
Project Overview
The EmergE Technology website was designed and developed in 2004 as a professional corporate website to establish the company’s online presence. The main objective was to create a clean, informative, and technology-focused website that introduced the company, highlighted its expertise, presented its services, and provided a communication platform for potential clients and job seekers.
The website was developed as a static HTML-based website, following the web design standards of the early 2000s, where corporate websites primarily focused on delivering structured information through well-organized pages and visual presentation.
Website Structure
The website was organized into key sections:
- About Us – Introduction to the company, vision, and business profile
- Technology – Presentation of technical expertise and solutions
- Services – Overview of services and professional offerings
- Clients – Showcase of client relationships and business experience
- Careers – Employment opportunities and recruitment information
Design Concept
The design approach focused on creating a modern technology identity through:
- Professional corporate layout
- Clear navigation structure
- Technology-oriented graphics
- Consistent branding elements
- User-friendly page organization
The interface was designed to provide visitors with easy access to company information while maintaining a professional appearance suitable for a technology organization.
Designer & Developer Perspective
This project represents the early stage of corporate web presence development during 2004, when businesses were moving from traditional marketing materials to online communication platforms.
The website was handcrafted using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with optimized graphics and layouts designed for the internet conditions of that era, including lower bandwidth connections and 800×600 screen resolutions.
The project demonstrates my ability to transform a company’s brand identity and business information into an effective digital platform using the web technologies available at the time.
Project Significance
The EmergE Technology website is an example of early corporate web design before the widespread adoption of content management systems such as WordPress. It reflects the design practices, technical limitations, and creative approaches used during the early 2000s web development era.
