Review of HJM Team Projects and Strategic Planning Meeting

On 24 October 2017, a strategic review meeting was held at the Nelum Mawatha Office in Battaramulla to evaluate the projects undertaken by the Hadawathe Janadhipathi Mahinda (HJM) Team and to discuss its future direction.

The meeting was led by Hon. Basil Rajapaksa, while Former President Hon. Mahinda Rajapaksa also participated and shared his observations and encouragement regarding the team's activities.

During the meeting, the HJM Team presented a comprehensive review of its work carried out across Sri Lanka, including community service initiatives, youth engagement programmes, disaster relief projects, educational and religious activities, and digital communication campaigns. The discussion focused on the impact of these initiatives and the lessons learned from their implementation.

Guidance was also provided on strengthening the organisation's future programmes, expanding community outreach, improving project coordination, and implementing more structured and sustainable initiatives across the country.

This meeting represented an important milestone in the development of the HJM Team, providing valuable strategic direction and reinforcing its commitment to community service, volunteerism, and meaningful public engagement.
