Project Overview

The Vaastu.lk website was redesigned and developed by Isura Wickramarachchi in 2011 as a dynamic PHP/MySQL website for renowned Sri Lankan Vaastu Consultant J. Godakanda Arachchi. This project represented the continuation of a long-standing professional relationship, as Isura Wickramarachchi had originally designed the client's first website in 2007 while operating under Design Plus.

The redesigned platform was created to present the consultant's professional profile, publications, educational programmes, media appearances, and consultancy services through a modern content management system. The website also provided visitors with access to the latest news, newly published books, class schedules, and professional services, creating a comprehensive online presence for one of Sri Lanka's well-known Vaastu consultants. The redesigned website featured an elegant earthy colour palette using gold, beige, brown, and cream, creating a warm and professional appearance that reflected the architectural and traditional themes associated with Vaastu.
