"Putha Mage Sooraya" Movie Premiere

On 29 October 2011, I had the opportunity to attend the premiere of the Sinhala feature film "Putha Mage Sooraya." The event brought together many of Sri Lanka's leading actors, actresses, filmmakers, and members of the entertainment industry, making it another memorable occasion in the local cinema calendar.

During the premiere, I had the privilege of meeting and taking photographs with several well-known personalities, including Anusha Sonali, Veena Jayakody, Cleatus Mendis, Wilson Karunaratne, and many other respected artists from the Sri Lankan film industry. The event also provided an excellent opportunity to interact with producers, directors, actors, and media professionals while strengthening my professional network within the entertainment sector.

At the time, I was actively involved in promoting Sri Lankan cinema through Films.lk, one of the country's leading entertainment websites. This role enabled me to cover numerous film premieres, press events, and industry functions while documenting important milestones in Sri Lankan cinema. The "Putha Mage Sooraya" premiere remains one of the memorable highlights of my journey in the country's film and digital media industry.
